ok im more interested in this then i thought. I think my son may have bought the dark Vader one before but what are the prices for the little packs of them (with three or five and then you can trade in and stuff.?

its just interesting i looked up things about it but found nothing except some little crystal ones expensive..:lmao: :rolleyes1

Are you talking about the little packages of little plastic figures that you can find at the parks? I think they are what..a couple dollars and you get I think 5 per pack, but you have no idea what you are getting? I bought one pack once.

i think thats the ones and some one said if you dont like them you can trade them with the cms in this big bucket or something. It looks intresting

The packs have 3 figures in it and they cost $5.00 each. There are 7 different types of these packs with approximately 18 different figures/buildings in each series, they have the following:

Star Wars Figures
Park Series 1 (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, etc)
Park Series 2 (Aladdin, Ariel, Jasmine, etc)
Park Series 3 (Stitch, Haunted Mansion, Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, etc)
Park Series 5 (Lilo, Woody, Buzz, Cruise Ship, etc)
Park Series 6 (Pixar characters)
Park Series 7 (Holiday Characters)

Hope that helps.

I'm not sure about the trading with CM's because we have never done it, but that's sounds interesting because my kids love getting these packs, but hate getting the duplicates. I'll be interested to see what other people have to say about trading them.

so when i buy a package i dont know whats in them, but do i know if its say a park Series 3? how little are they?

also those who have these do you have any pics? and what ones do you have

I did this for a while, but then the $5.00 for a pack of 3 started to add up...so I quit.

You can trade with the CMs at the register counter, but be prepared to get a minimal selection. A lot of people don't trade to try to complete a collection, rather just to get rid of ones they don't like. (I saw a LOT of Fliks and Hoppers!) You can always go to any other shop that sells the packs and see what they have to trade behind the counter. Never know when you'll get lucky!

However, it seems they've added a lot more packs since I stopped collecting, so maybe the trading selection will be better!

I would love to post pictures of my little collection, but unfortunately we're having some remodeling done so they're packed away in the shed right now.

oh ty so much we will at least check it out and see what its like sounds fun

Wow, I never knew that you could trade those things w/ CMs. The only one I wanted was Stitch so I started feeling what was in the bags and the one that I chose had Stitch! I'd do anything to get my little puppy. :stitch2:

For 3 figures, it is expensive. When I was waiting for Nemo on opening day, this guy infront of me bought some packs and got a lot of the same ones and didn't know why he bought them in the first place. lol.

The size of each figure varies, but I'd say on average they're about an inch high.

We just got a bunch of these on our recent trip and we are hooked!
I wish we knew about these before!
I didn't realize there were different series, but I figured they were different by the different colored packs. We got 5 packs, so we now have 15 figures in all. I hope they have them at WDW! (Does anyone know?)
My DD6 LOVES them and plays with them a lot since we've been home!
She got:
Snow White witch with the apple
Cinderella
Woody
Darth Vader
Boba Fette
Jabba the Hut
One of the Hitchhiking Ghosts from the Haunted Mansion
Figment
Tigger
A Disney Cruise Boat
The Matterhorn
The Epcot Ball
A Test Track Car
A Dinosaur Vehicle

Hooked! Hooked I tell you, more than Captain Hook himself!

I'm not sure if this is what we are talking about...these are some of my DGS's...he got them at WDW and DL...

Yep, that is them. You used to be able to trade them at Star Trader, they had a big bin of them there. Now, to my knowledge, the only place you can do so is at the store (not sure the name) on the left as you are heading towards the castle. It is in the back by where they sell all the board games. They have a bucket of the figures there and you can trade for ones you want or if you got doubles, etc. We did this in January and on trips previously so unless something has changed you should be able to do so.

so do they have the name of the diffrent packs on them or are they all collored cordnated or what lol my dh is already setting aside a budgest for it isnt he cute..guess i got himt rained well on disney stuff
