Mine Train FP and Storybook Dining

I have a party of 11 going to MK on 2/17. I didn't have my tickets at the 60 day window for reasons. 4 of us still don't.
I just got FPs for the remaining 7 (heh) for Mine Train at 7:15.
We have a Storybook Dining res for 11 at 8:15.
Can we get through the ride and to the resort in that amount of time? We will not have our cars at MK.
How long is the bus, or should we just plan on Uber/Lyft? We didn't take a taxi from the parks so I don't even know where pickup is.
Is this way too tight?
ETA- Should I keep it anyway so I can modify, or just cancel?

There is a boat that runs from Magic Kingdom to Wilderness Lodge. The boat ride is around 10 minutes and boats run around every 10 minutes. You’ll be able to scan your Magic Bands 5 minutes before your fastpass window, so you will likely make it to your ADR. I’d keep them if I were you, and just make sure that you scan your bands right at 7:10 and then go directly to the boat after you ride in order to make it to your ADR.

Regarding a taxi, the only transportation that would possibly be quicker would be a Minnie Van, which picks up by the resort busses, because taxis and Uber/Lyft are not allowed to pick up or drop off that close to MK entrance.
