Minature golf open?

Just wondering if the minature golf courses are open at Blizzard Beach or the one by the Swan and Dolphin.

Fantasia Gardens (S/D) is open for sure. I'm not sure if Winter Summerland (BB) has opened yet.

The disney website has great info. It says Fantasia is open and winter summerland is temp closed.
