Mimi's Free Breakfast and Timing

I know that Mimi's will email you a coupon for a free breakfast when you sign up for their e-club. I also know that the coupon has an expiration date that is within a couple of weeks of the time you receive it. Has anyone signed up for this recently? If so, how long did it take to get your coupon and how long did you have to use it? I want to sign up but I don't want to do it too soon or too late. I arrive on May 30 and will be staying for a week. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Mimi's is right in front of the Fairfield Inn, across from Disneyland and HoJo's. My family loves this restaurant!

Thanks! This is what I was wondering. Last year my mom signed up and never recieved her coupon and my daughter received hers about two weeks after signing up. We arrive on May 30 and will be there for a week and I'm wanting to be able to use the free breakfast while we're there.

Mimi's is right across from HoJo; Millie's is right in front of Fairfield. Both good in different ways! Both have websites and send email coupons.

Neither one of them sent me a single solitary thing until a month AFTER our stay that we signed up with them for, not even a "welcome to our mailing list" email. Harumph.

Unfortunately I did not know this when I signed up... they sent the email on Feb.28 it expired on March 15. So I say do it a few days before you leave, if you don't get a reply right away you can do it again.
