Mime preshow still happening?

I haven't been to Seaworld since 2003, and one thing we loved was the mime who did preshow before the Clyde and Seamour show. I'm not usually a mime fan but he was hysterically funny, mostly poking fun at audience members (including DH). Just wondering if this still happens? It seems like the kind of thing cut during a poor economy. We go in early August 2011 so I'm starting to remember the highlights of that last Seaworld visit.

Mime is still there

saw the Christmas Sealion show on Christmas Day

Love that mime.I get there early everytime just to watch him!!!:rotfl:

My teens also love the mime! Went one evening to watch the Christmas version and 17 yo was laughing hysterically.

When we went to the regular version the next day, she made sure to ask if he (actually, it was another one) would be there again. She did want to make sure we were there early enough not to be part of the show, though!

Yes, all three mimes are still there. There have been a lot of lay offs at the park but not the mimes so far. Which is why I think it is so important that all of us who enjoy them continue to show support. I established a fan page on Facebook for them. If you are on Facebook, come join us! The mimes do read the comments and enjoy hearing from their fans!

The Sea Lion and Otter Show is the only place you will see the mimes perform. I know that for sure. I am not aware of any other show in the park that has some type of pre-show.

Believe, the killer whale show, has a preshow of sorts because they play various entertaining and informative videos on the giant screen before the show.
