I watched two episodes this weekend for the first time. Totally not my type of show, but I'm hooked on the houses.

And I really like Madison. He seems to know his area well and I'm glad he stands up to the other realtors because he DOES know what the houses in Malibu go for and the area comps right away.

I'll try to watch more. I do like that they are in my general area. It is funny, Hollywood/Beverly Hills ISN'T that far from Malibu, but with traffic, I can believe the realtors wanting a party bus.

The "territory" thing is funny to watch. Everybody thinks their area is the best.

Chad was so strange, I sort of miss him. The way he always hit the pillows so they'd crease the right way and keep pulling little Starla out of the bag. I heard he and "babycakes" broke up. I wonder if they are still sharing custody of the dog?

I totally forgot they had the legal document written up for shared custody! Too funny.

Chad Rodgers should have his own show. Too bad he's gone.

Josh getting car sick on the party bus was funny! Did you see also on the previous episode that Max from Dancing with the stars toured the house in Malibu? Too bad he didn't buy it - overpriced at 5M (Yeah, as if I know ha ha!

If if lived there like you, I'd totally want to stake out any open houses they have. But I don't think they would let you in the driveway without at least a Mercedes.

If I'm thinking of the same show, I can't believe that some of these guys get actual clients. The one had the client come by his parent's house to sign a contract, then he calls out to his Mom: "Mom, we're ready for that cake now" - who does that?! He loses all credibility by not having an office, & his own place. I think I missed something here. (maybe I should watch an entire episode!)

Don't remember that part - but was it the same episode where Chad had a full sheet cake made up that had a frosting version of himself?

That's awesome. I would love to see some of those homes "in person".

The Jimi Hendrix house isn't my style, but I thought it was really neat. I didn't think the green stove was that bad...it went with the whole style of the house. Kinda retro

I've watched this show from the beginning and I don't really miss Chad, but do often wonder what he is up to and why he's not doing the show this season.

I like Josh Altman, I grew up in the NYC area and I know many a guy like him

I thought it was interesting to see Mauricio on one of the episodes with Josh A. I guess he likes to be on tv.

If anyone watches just to see the homes, then you'd like Selling NY on HGTV.

So did I! I would change some things but I absolutely loved the sunken kitchen.
