Was printing out designs to make shirts this weekend and noticed that Daniel's name is misspelled on his New Years Eve hat, could you please change it? No rush since he won't need it for a couple more weeks. Thanks, the shirts are turning out great.

Thanks Millie! This looks great! I've been make DISigns everyday now, its so addicting LOL. One question how do you do the name fills where the characters pop out of the letters? I've been using Power Point because thats the program I have on my comp right now. I don't think I can do it with it though. Here's 3 of my name fills so far. What do you think? I've also added characters to the Mickey Heads.

Those are great! I too think the Buzz one is awesome. I love the reflection thing you did with it.

Not familiar with power point, I use photoimpact pro. I got it in a clearance bin for $5 just to play around with and I actually really like it. I think the popular pick is photoshop though. To get the pop out effect, I use an individual pic of the character and then put it behind the letters. I then duplicate the pic and erase the parts I don't want and leave the rest for that pop out effect. Not sure if you can do that on power point though.

How was your Thanksgiving??? I didn't even see your well wishes until early today. I cooked and prepared for 2 days, and after company left, finally got the last of the dishes done and counters cleaned at 10:45 pm. (It's a good thing it's not like that every year, or I may boycott. ) Needless to say, I didn't have a minute to get on the computer.

Did you have company? Did you shop today? I hope the rest of the weekend is relaxing and restful for you!

Wow, sounds like you need a good rest. We had a great Thanksgiving. I spent Wednesday baking all day and then Early Thursday morning we got up and delivered the goodies to the Sailors who stayed behind for the holiday. It was so fun to see my kiddos get so excited to do something good for them. The rest of the day was pretty calm. Made some turkey, pie and all of the trimmings and had a nice quiet dinner with the family. Played some board games and gad a good night's rest for the morning rush. We did indeed hit the shops and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Much less hectic than it was in Cali.. Got a new tree half off and some other goodies.

How about you, did you brave "black Friday"?

A Disney friend and Diser just sent me a link to this thread. I am wondering if you could make a "Proud Marine girlfriend one and a Proud Marine Fiancee" one. (the one with the Marine Mickey) My daughter started corresponding with a Marine in March of last year. He came home from Irag shortly after and they have been together since. He is set to go to Afghanistan next Sept. They are not engaged yet but have been talking about it. If you have the time I would appreciate it!! I am unsure of what you make? t-shirts, bumper stickers?

Actually that is the one Jordak on the cruise thread made. He is very quick at filling requests, so if you head over there and let him know He usually gets them done the same day. How soon do you need the rest, I'll get to them as soon as I can.

Thanks! That means alot coming from Millie . And thanks for the tip! You're name fills aways look amazing! I know I can put images behind others and I can get rid of white backgrounds and such. So I think I should be able to do the pop out look. I'll see what I come up with and post so you can see.
