What does it mean when your account is "unverified"? It says that I can't redeem for paypal unless I have a verified account? I can't seem to get a response from CS. Thanks!

once you redeem your points for something they mail to your house, like a gift card, you then become verified and able to redeem your points for other items. I just cashed in for my first gift card and became verified a few days later.

Thanks. I'm not sure what I'd cash out (other than paypal) since I'm pretty sure most of the mailed gc's wouldn't be good in Canada. I guess I'll just have to plan a trip to Orlando so I could use some of the restaurant gc's!! Thanks!

Basically this is done to verify that you are a real person at a real physical address as there are way too many people out there who create multiple accounts just to get paypal payments I.E. cash.
