I can't seem to find any info on how points you need to cash out and what you can get. I'm most interested in Disney Dollars, Paypal, or webcertificates. Does Millers offer any of these and how many points does it take?

What they have varies. Lately it's been restaurant GC's. You can only get Paypal or webbies if you have redeemed once for a mailable GC.
