We'll be on the dining plan for the first time on our upcoming trip. So we'll be doing more counter service meals than we've done in the past. Looking at the menu's from allears.net, I've noticed a lot of ice cream choices for dessert on the kids' menu. Do they offer alternates for those with milk allergies esp. from counter service?
I don't worry with our tables services meals since the chef has come to our table in the past to talk about choices or alternates for those with food allergies. Ohanas' went above & beyond accomodating us last year, as the chef went to the adjoining restaurant and made DS a "special steak". Normally, they use butter on the steaks on skewers. He came back & gave a Filet Mignon steak for DS. Dessert was no problem since they subbed a rice dream "ice cream" instead of the regular dessert. Now that's customer service!
