Military Trying to make a reservation

So I have a trip coming in Sep and I called yesterday to book another one in February over Mardi Gras. (Since we always try to get out of New Orleans for it lol). When I booked my September trip I booked it last august. Over a year out. They told me on the phone yesterday that they do not have any rates for dining or tickets yet so that I would have to do a room only and at this point I wouldn't be getting a military discount because it hasn't been released yet. Anyone know if they are for sure renewing it this year? When do they usually release it? How about the rates for packages?

They do not announce it until usually July for the next October-September. We are counting on it for our January trip and it is making me crazy waiting for a renewal announcement!

YES, I am counting on it as well. The only reason I can afford to stay at Deluxe Resorts is because of the 40%!!!! If they ever stop it I will cry! Hopefully I will be done with school and have a good paying job by then haha
