Military rate over New Years, good?

Hi there, my 16 year old son and I are staying onsite Universal , Hard Rock Hotel. We are staying Dec. 30 - Jan. 3/ 2013 . Following Freedom of the Seas....

I got a rate of $629 per person(military rate) including 3 days of tickets? Is this a good rate? Can I do better?

Did you price it out getting the room only at a military rate and park tickets from the Information, Tickets and Tours or MWR office on your military installation. You might want to give this a try and see if you save some money.

Did you also ask if this was the cheapest deal for the time you are going?

Was the rate you were quoted per night or for all the days you will be there?

It is an expensive time and hotels will be charging a premium rate.
