Has Disney increased their tax rate? We went in September and paid 12.5% for POP. If you stay at All Stars it is/was 13%.
 

Call Shade of Green, they do have their only dining plan now. We have a group of 9 going in December and I can sponsor up to 3 rooms (which includes my own). The rooms are so much bigger then a moderate or value resort. We're only paying $155 per night (I'm an DOD civilian). Shades is also considered a Deluxe by Disney's standard. I just love staying there.
