Military Fla resident ticket info

I just wanted to post this in case theres other military people that are also Fla residents. We are stationed in NC , but our home of record is Fla and we have Fl drivers license etc. Anyway, since Fla resident rate tickets are cheaper I never bother with trying to get the WDW military tickets at shades of green. This year we are going to buy the annual passyay ) Well, when I was putting it in the shopping cart at the disney website theres about 60bucks charged for Tax. I called shades of green and asked if I could buy the Fla resident pass there and they told me yes and I asked if they tax it and they said no. So thats what I am going to do and save us 60 something dollars from not paying tax. I just wanted to share that in case some other military Fla residents didnt realize that, or maybe I am the only one who didnt realize it lol

I have been buying mine that way for years now! Its a great benefit! Just make sure you have both your FL DL and your Military ID with you at SOG and at the WDW ticket counter when you redeem your voucher. SOG always needs to see both and WDW sometimes has asked to see both.
