Military Exchange certificate ?

Received out Military exchange certificate tickets for our Sept. trip. How do I link them. I used the number on the back, and it says invalid code. What am I doing wrong?

I put an app on my phone and scanned the ticket. Now what. How do I get it from my phone to my MDE? I am not tech savvy, so I need all the help I can get. Thanks.

I fought with this too, biggest problem is deciding which are "0" (Zeros) and which are "O"s. Once I did that it worked. Good luck!

If you use the MDE app, you can scan it from there. That's what I've always done in the past. That way, it adds it right to your account.

I second this, when I first typed in the code, it said invalid, so I went back and changed 1 of the "o" to a "0" and wala! ticket valid

Yep, my ITT office told me to use a magnifying glass and anything that looks like an o is a zero. Got all my vouchers linked, almost went blind reading the numbers, but it evens says on my MDE we have military tickets attached. Easy.

So I ended up calling Disney IT. They got two of the tickets linked, then because they were changing the 0 (zero) and O(letter) to many times, they got locked out of their system. That's pretty bad, when Disney techs, get locked out of their own systems. Now I have to wait 24 hours before I can enter the other 3.
