I know about Shades of Green, but does Disney offer military discounts on its resorts?

yes, you'll have to call disney for availability. The current offer runs out early October, but for the last several years, its been renewed. Hopefully, they'll extend past October again. Discount is 30 to 40% off rooms at select rooms/hotels.

They usually offer great discounts on park tickets. The current ones expire in October so hopefully they will announce new ones soon!

Many blockouts for resorts and tickets also have blockout dates. I have an AP and usually book a military rate because its the 'best' one they seem to offer these days.

I'm grateful Disney lets me use it. It comes in handy and especially when you consider airport transportation it works out better for me personally than Shades because they charge by your category and widows pay more. Disney's is 30% off value category, 35% off moderate category, 40% off deluxe category.

You just can't add tickets to it. You have to get your tickets from a military source, Undercover Tourist or order them separate one way or another. They did let me add dining to it though. I've done it that way and room only. Just remember it is like any other discount where the number of rooms they allow to be booked at the discount is limited.

We have the military room discount with dining added on. I bought my tickets and linked them on MDE. Does anyone know if I will have a 60 day or a 30 day fastpass window?

We bought our military salute tickets from our base, I have them linked on MDE, and MDE tells me I can book fastpasses at the 60 day mark. As long as you are staying at a Disney resort, you should get the 60 day allowance.
