Military Discounts for people from another state?

Everyone here has always been so helpful. This is actually a question for a friend.
My friends DH is recently retired national guard (with full retirement benefits). They live in MN. They are thinking about coming out to CA in March and of course want to go to Disneyland.
How can I help them get the discounted military tickets for Disneyland? Does anyone know how much they run or know a website I could go to to find out?
Since I'm asking anyway, what about other So.Cal attractions? Any discount for Sea World, Knotts, or anywhere else?

Most places say that you have to be active duty military to receive their discount on their websites and at the gate, however, as long as your friend has a retired ID card, he should be able to get discounted tickets to most if not all of the attractions you asked about at the closest MWR offices. Once he has his tickets, all he has to do is show his ticket and military ID at the turnstiles and he is good to go.

Occasionally, if there are special deals going on at any of the parks (like the 5for 3 day park hoppers, etc.), sometimes those deals are better than the military discounts.
