I've been quoted military discount rates for resorts like Saratoga Springs and Old Key West 2 bedroom villas before--but they were during less busy seasons.
I know the 2018 military discounts haven't been released yet, but I'm trying to gauge the possibility of getting a 2 bedroom OKW or a treehouse villa with a military discount during marathon weekend. Currently, the Disney website shows they are available for those dates at the rack rate
OKW 2 bedroom--$732/night
Treehouse--$941/night
I think in previous years, the military discount for villas was 40%? So that would make it $439 (OKW) and $564 (Treehouse)
So, if these are showing as "available" at "rack rate" on the Disney website, do you think it is likely it will be offered at a military discount, when (if?) they are offered?
We currently have a reservation for a (rack rate) cabin at Fort Wilderness. Also considering a Deluxe room at either Wilderness Lodge or Boardwalk Inn (if available with military discount.)
