Military discount- 2 rooms?

Does anyone know the rules for booking 2 rooms with the military discount? The people in 1 room want qs dining plan, but the people in the other room do not want a dining plan. Can that be done or do both rooms have to purchase the same thing? Also, do the rooms have to be booked and paid under 1 reservation or can they be seperate reservations as long as they are same days at same resort? I hope this doesn't sound too confusing! This all stresses me out too much! Haha! Thanks in advance for the help!

you can book 2 rooms
you can have one room with dining and one without
you can have 2 reservations but you need to make the deposit (1 nights stay) for each room at the time of booking
