Milesource GiftCertificate!!

Back in August I ordered a SuperCertificate from Milesource, and today, instead of the SuperCertificate, I got their new Gift Certificate!!

Although, I still have the certificate and can still use it at Sports Authority for baseball gear, I was really wanting a Rainforest Certificate for our upcoming trip.

I'm hoping that at SportsAuthority.com, I'll be able to list multiple certificate numbers on a single transaction.

Oh well, I guess I'll keep doing Milesource for the sports/camping gear, because we do use quite a bit of that stuff.

I got the new certificate instead of a SC, too. I wanted RFC, but I ordered from Old Navy. They have some good GC's, so I guess I'll stick w/ MS.

I cashed-in at the beginning of Sept and have yet gotten anything. The only thing I have to show for my 11,500 awardmiles is the confirmation page I printed out when I cashed-in. I have emailed them three times about my redemption. I got a reply back from the first email which just told me that it will take up to 5 weeks to process my gift certificate and I have been ignored on my second and third email.

Does anyone have Milesource's phone number?
