I am so sorry about your MIL MaMa C. Can tell by your threads how much you loved and truly cared for her and what a heartache this is for you and DH. It is always so sad when our parents health begins to fail and we can't make it better. I felt the same about my dear MIL, so I know waht you are going through honey. Prayers of strength and faith for your family, and a peaceful passing for your dear MIL if her time arrives.

I know how difficult this can be, last year we had a similar type of experience. In our case not eating was the bodies way of shutting itself down & putting in a feeding tube was the last thing we wanted to have done given the circumstance... I know it's a hard decision for some, so sending plenty of PD your way
