might be silly, but where do you rent tux?

Okay, somehow with all the craziness of shopping for my dress, changing the date, twice, etc. We are finally set for August 29th. Now, where did you rent your man's tux??? At first I thought we would rent here and take it with us, then I discovered that they want that tux back the next day!!! Or so I was told by a friend, SO, since we are flying in the day before the wedding and getting married at 10 am the next morning, what is our best bet? Thanks!!!

We are going through Men's warehouse and picking them up in Orlando. Some people use After Hours. Maybe do a search in the forum. There are several topics on it.

Try doing a local Men's Tux shoppe in the Kissimmee/Orlando area...Hope that will work...

we used carolyn allen's for not only our men's tuxes (there were four total), but for my dress, my bridesmaids', and my mom's and my grandmom's dresses. and they were beyond amazing. our wedding was two weeks ago--1/22/07.

We hired from Carollyn Allens. They were great. They came to the room to measure a few days before, brought the suits back on the morning of the wedding and picked it back up the next day. They also steamed my wedding dress in my room for me when they dropped the suits off.
Fabulous!!

I know you said rental, but since you are "local" I can tell you this...Value City sometimes has tuxes. You can actually buy one for almost the same as renting (maybe even a little cheaper). You might want to check there just in case. Of course, then you have to ship it...

We went with Carolyn Allens. They were really easy to work with and bring the tuxes to your hotel room and pick them up the day after the wedding. And I know that they use After Hours tuxes, so if you need another size tux on the spot, they have the inventory to get it.

We're using Absolutely Fitting. They are mentioned in Wishbook. They came highly recommended by another Diser. The reason we chose them over Carolyn Allens (she is doing my dress steaming) is b/c they are the only ones who carry tan tuxes and suits for rent.

I am working on getting our pics together w/ the TR, so it will be up soon I hope! DH and I are thinking of doing a his and hers TR. We've seen a few of them and think it's a good idea. How is the feedback with that? Do most people like it?
