Midwest Airlines flight changes

Midwest is dropping signature service between MKE and MCO

Now there will only be 3x2 saver service for direct flights between MKE & MCO - Kansas City gets to keep the sig service, though

Not sure what date changes will take effect, but I just called to get seats on our rebooked flights for a fall trip. If anyone is booked on the old 692/693 flights, you might want to check on the status before the alternates fill up.

Signature Service was a big reason that I loved flying Midwest. Sure will miss those wide leather seats.

Thanks, cbjl! I just checked my Memorial week flights and they had indeed changed. Luckily, Midwest added a non-stop for my flight to MCO, so I can now avoid a layover on one leg of the journey. The schedule change worked out better for me than my initial flights!

I fly Midwest because of their 2x2 seating. Luckily, I am in Kansas City so this doesn't apply to me (yet...). Was an official reason given?

I had just talked my family into trying Midwest for a fall trip. That flight that was dropped was the one we wanted. Now our only choice is to fly into Milwaukee at 7:00 and leave at 7:30. I think we will pass!

We are in the UP of MIchigan and I know it was announced that Midwest was pulling out of 3 or 4 airports. Too bad as it leaves lots of areas with no servies or in a complete Northwest world

I just checked our flights for June and yep add us to the list - we were scheduled out of Milwaukee at 9:45AM and now it is 7:30AM. For those of you on Midwest after April 30th following is the new schedule and it is ALL Saver Service
