We recently returned from WDW and used Midnight Limousine. They were wonderful. They were waiting for us (after an hour plane delay) with signs for my kids at baggage area. Driver was helpful and funny (plus my teen daughter thought he was cute so she took a pic. of him). Very patient at our grocery store stop and very understanding of our many picture taking moments.
Now on to the customer service and beyond! I lost my camera somewhere between leaving the hotel (on our departure day) and getting through airport security. I checked with airport and then called Midnight from my cell phone while waiting for our plane. The owner assured me they would check the Limo. I was just sick because it had the majority of our last few days photos on it (fireworks, Chef Mickeys, etc.) and this isour last family vacation (son is a senior my daughter is 16). Anyway, The next day I get an email from them asking me to describe it. They were cleaning the limos and would check carefully. They found it! Then they agreed to promptly mail it back. I offered postage (since it was my mistake) but they said they would take care of it. Then, the Hurricane hit Orlando! These poor people had no electricity, water, etc.. They sent me a follow up email telling me that roads were blocked and things were a mess but not to worry as soon as possible they would get my camera out. They did and I got it nicely wrapped in the mail. I cannot begin to thank them enough. They went above and beyond in customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend their company.
