So we can't leave for WDW until after my DH gets off of work. Leaving then puts us on a direct flight out of Nerwark arriving at MCO 1149pm. By the time we disembark, etc, I'm planning on 1215. Any experience with ME at this time? We haven't used ME in several years (flight into Sanford, off site stay, etc). I'm soooooo nervous. With 3 kids I need this to be easy!

What airline are you flying on? If you are on an airline that arrives on Side A of the terminal...You will take the tram to the main terminal, then head to Baggage Claim on Side A, level 2. You will get your bags and then head back up to level 3 (where you originally arrived on the tram), cross the center area, and head over to Side B. You will go down to level 1, ground transportation, and head to DME. Get checked in, get on a bus, your bags will go beneath the bus, and off you go.
If you arrive on Side B....off the tram, over to the Side B sign and down to level 2, Baggage Claim, get your bags and continue down to level 1 and over to DME.
Should be simple enough. Just try to make do with as few bags as you can.

If your flight arrives ontime at 11:49, you 'should' be at your resort by 1:30ish. Late but you'll be there, with your bags.

We are flying United. Not sure which terminal rhey fly into...I'll check.
As for bags--nope! Each kid has a backpack and a wheeled carryon. They are responsible (well I help the 2yo, although he pulled it himself this Jan :) ) so it's just us and what we brought on the plane.

ETA-- I guess I'm most nervous about sitting and waiting for a bus. It's not a big deal if its late, but it will be a big deal if we sit on ME and wait, or worse stand in queue and wait. (I don't mean 10 mins, I mean 30+)

Our flight in Feb arrived around 12:14. Got to the baggage carousel, a porter offered his services (most appreciated as we had apparently packed our entire household lol) and showed us the way to ME. Checked in, went through the line without stopping, were greeted by more ME people and reunited with the porter, went outside. Tipped the porter, had our stuff loaded onto the bus (including most carryons), got onboard. I don't remember much of a wait at all, but regardless it was comfy and we were nearly on our way. I think we were the second of three stops...poor grand Floridian folks were destined to be the last stop.

We only had something like 10 people on the bus, they didn't make us wait for a filled bus. It was fine.
