well today i have finished middleschool
now i'm off to high school
since it was my last day i was cryingg. crying because i have been at the school my whole life ever since i was 3 and because there is this girl, were friends and i probably won't see her for a very long timee.

so today the 7th grade sang to us [8th grade] world's greatest by r.kelly and they did a beautiful dance to that song and that also made me cryy because i won't probably be sung to like that.

enough about me and here are some questions.
how were you when you left middleschool?
i'll be a freshman next year so i want to know what to expect so any tips or stories you are welcome to share.

I'm in seventh, so I have one more year. I'm sure it will be hard.

But just think, 3 months of FREEDOM! :teeth:

I graduate on the 13th, and end school on the 14th.
I don't want to graduate.

well actually 1 and half month of freedom.
my summer starts tomorrow then on june 4-20th i have summer school then after i'm free til august i go back to school.

For me, leaving middle school was F.R.E.E.D.O.M!!!!!! I hated every second of it, and getting to high school was such a relief. Now I'm done with high school, and its now time for COLLEGE!!!!

Congrats on graduating middle school!

Tips for high school... hm... prepare to be harrassed by the upperclassmen, lmao.

I go on tomorrow. I don't want to at all. This year has been one of the best years I've had in my whole school career. I don't want to go back to the bottom of the food chain, I was just getting used to being at the very top. I'll miss the seventh graders, I made friends this year that I don't want to lose. I almost cried today in my band class, because it was the last band class that I would ever have with all those people, in that school, with those people. I have no doubt that I will cry tomorrow.

Last day of school is next Thursday.
Tomorrow through the last day of school, you can not bring backpacks or yearbooks. So basically it's already like the last day of schoool.

We do nothing. haha

But yes I probably will cry.
:(

I was a freshmen this year.
It's not as bad as you think.
The only people who were mean to us were some of the upperclassmen in choir...but they're snobby jerks.... so that doesn't count. lol.

I wasn't harrassed by upperclassmen...not to my face anway...
High School is amazing.

Oh, and [in most cases] if you leave the upperclassmen alone...they won't have a reason to bother you.

 I know how you feel. My last band concert was on the 15th. I almost started crying during the first song. I was thinking, "This is the last time I'll ever get to play on stage with these kids... My last concert ever at this school..."

This year, I became really close to a group of sixth graders. My friendships with my friends totally deepend this year. I've begun to break out of my shell - I've talked to so many people this year. These kids, in my grade, I'll never see them again. The kids who helped make me who I am. I won't see them in the halls. I won't be able to sympathize with them when we get our permits. I won't be able to laugh in class with these kids anymore.

As much as I dislike 90% of the kids I mentioned, they're what made school worth going to. I'm going to miss all of them, but I'll miss my friends the most.

leaving middle school was hard for me because I wasn't going to be going to the same school as all my friends, and I was pretty much moving out of my house to go to boarding school. but it made me grow to be more inependent and I am glad that I did it. But I can't wait to get out of here and go to college, one more year!!!

Middle school is great, but

with the right people around you, high school will be on e the best times of your life

it took me half of this year that I don't necessarily need to please other people if I have my friends, and 2nd semester was amazing.

Well the school system is kinda screwy here. We have:

Elementary K-6
Junior High 7-9
High School 10-12

But 9th is still considered high school...just not in the same building.

Anyway, when I left JrHigh, it was a godsend. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I mean, I had lots of friends, and was very popular...but it just wasn't what I wanted.

I am so going to miss middle school. I may be moving to a new house,
and be zoned for a new school.
I want to move for a new house, but i really will miss all my friends at my old school.
Plus, i'm gonna miss my crush, because it seems obvious that he isn't going to do anything by the end of the year, and i'm scared to.

But, I am NOT going to miss my teachers or classes. Summer is going to be very nice :teeth:

i cried twice at school on the last day of 8th grade. And it didnt help that they play some stupid sad song either.
I was so afraid the first day of freshman year. It sucks. You have no idea where you going, and theres all these older kids around. But atleast you know everyone in your grade is going through the same thing as you. It will get better in a couple weeks tho.

I was so happy to not be a freshman anymore. Everyone looks down on them for some reason. Now im graduation 10. But sad to go onto to junior year im getting to old :(

My sister is gonna be a freshman she is so nervous.

I'm in a K-8 school.
I've been here nine years.
I know it like the back of my hand.
I want to leave, and to not leave at the same time.
It's confusing.
