Mid Sept Arrival Dates - Park Craziness

I've heard good things about mid sept. that is when we wanted to go but school break (year round school) isn't until Sept. 30th. for us. So now I'm really worried about our trip, which is Oct. 2nd-6th. DH will be in a wheelchair and I'll have a 6 yr old, 3.5 yr old, 2 yr old

We were there last year from Oct. 8th-16th. The crowds were horrible. I want that Arizona was out of school the 2nd week of October and Utah the 2nd and 3rd weeks of October (or vice versa). The first week of October will probably be better. I think Gay Days is October 2nd so the park will be pretty crowded that day.
