Mid-March 1BR and 2 BR availability

We may be attending a conference at GF in March 2012. We would like to tack on about 4 days at a DVC resort to the front of the trip. This is 4 weeks before Easter. Would there be any trouble getting a 1 or 2 BR for a Sat through Tues stay during that time of year? We will need to borrow some OKW points from a friend, but would like to try BWV, BCV or VWL. If we do one of those, we would have to call at 7 months. We would be happy with OKW, but since we are borrowing points from a friend, I would rather wait until the 7 month mark to do the transaction, rather than book OKW now and then change.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

Epcot's Flower and Garden begins March 7th, so it's a fine time to go! I think you'll be able to get something at one of your preferred resorts at 7 months. I would wait as you are suggesting.
