Mid January vs Early March?

Looking at booking for Spring 2018 and it's come down to 2 cruises, both 3 day on the Dream. One is MLK weekend and the other is the 2nd weekend in March. What kind of differences can we expect in the weather especially on CC? Water temps, etc.

While only Mother Nature would know for sure, giving yourself a little more time toward Spring would be a good thing to consider weather wise.
