Mid December

How are the crowds in mid December. My FH and I are going there for our honeymoon. 9th-16th to be exact.

Great time to go - crowds last year were low up until about the 20th.
We arrived on 10th so did loads in the first week without any problems or much waiting in lines.

That was our first time to Disney...we really enjoyed it. We didn't have a wait more then 10 minutes for anything. There were 7 of us 2 kids and 5 adults. Everything is decorated so nice for Christmas. I will say...bring hats and gloves with you. We had 2 days that were quite chilly. I'm from jersey orginally and I thought it was chilly. You will enjoy it.

Perfect time to go. We went last year Dec 3-10 and had some difficulty with the Pop Warner crowd, so we won't go that week ever again. We are planning to go the second week of December in 2008. Besides some of the trouble, the decorations are beautiful. You must take time to visit some of the resorts to see all of the decorations. I just hope it won't be as cold for you as it was for us, although we were prepared, coming from Alabama with as unpredictable weather as we had at WDW. Also make sure to grab tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and get them for one night during the week to avoid the weekend crowds.

As others have said, you picked the ideal time to go to WDW.

We went during that same week last year (8-16, to be exact) and the weather was great, the crowds were great, and all the wonderful Christmas decorations in the parks and at the resorts, plus Christmas music everywhere, made it the best vacation we've ever had.

We went that same week last Dec. and it was wonderful. Keep it under your

We've been there several times during 2nd week of December and I recommend it highly to all my friends. The atmosphere is so wonderful. Weather was pretty good -- hit or miss with how cold or rainy it might be. But still the low crowds and Christmas atmostphere outweighed any possible effect the weather has.

This is a VERY magical time of year to visit. Make sure to take advantage of the special themes at this time of the year. (ie: Osborne Lights, MVMCP, etc.) Visit the resorts if possible to see the different theming. You will have a magical experience on this trip
