Wow. Granted, I was asking for the top notch things on my list (CA Grill, Cinderella's Royal table Bfast, Luau, Candlelight Processional) - but there's almost no availability for these. The only dinner available for CA grill was Friday night at 9:50 (between 12/13-12/20). Is it really that busy this year?

Most people book popular places 180 days out. I booked our ADRs for mid December back in June.

I booked Candlelight Processional the day the packages came out but didn't call at 7am and I had trouble getting what I wanted then.

While the restaurants will be busy, that doesn't mean the parks will be. Early to mid-December are still low crowd times, the closer you get to Christmas the busier the parks will get

True - I hadn't thought about the Free dining. I have to say, even the mid-levels weren't an easy get (though I got most of them by being flexible).

We are going to be there Dec. 6th thru 14th, and we made our ADRs back in June as well. But what I found so odd was, we had made them at the 180 day mark with the +10, so we could make all our ADRs for our entire trip; and I had a difficult time getting some of the ones we wanted and had to make a couple of alternate plans. We got most but there were a few days that we kind of took what was available. So, now I'm curious, how do the Pop Warner families make ADRs, when most only find out that they are coming in a few more weeks. Theres nothing to be found as a TS.

I recommend perseverance. I just got a Dec 1 Candlelight Processional reservation today at about noon, even though when I called at 9am, (and the previous day, and the day before that,) there was nothing. Things do become available, especially around the 45 day mark.

I agree, persevere. I got LE CELLIER :cloud9: [Dec 14] for lunch & Jiko [Dec 15] for dinner when i called yesterday. Also, remember that we will soon be reaching the 45 day mark where a lot of people will either have to pay up or cancel their vacation packages (I’m told that one can book a package with only a $200 booking fee), so stuff is bound to free up. Good Luck!

Also, remember that with MVMCP one park is essentially closed unless you are at the party, guest must eat elsewhere on those nights. Then you have many restuarants booked with CP packages and the usual Fantasmic ones, as well. Plus locals coming out to get in the Holiday spirit. You see how the parks can be average in attendence but the restuarants can be booked solid.
