Mid afternoon lunch at Crystal Palace?

If I were to get an ADR for a mid afternoon lunch at CP, would there be characters there? How does that work? I thought it might be fun to do a 1-2type thing. I have 11:30 ressies now, but I'm thinking about changing them. Would be nice to have some down time with the little guys, and then would be close by for the parade.

Any opinions?
