mid-afternoon breaks without kids?

I never really thought about it, but I usually go to WDW in the Fall when the park hours are shorter. But, yes I usually take several breaks. Maybe just to sit in the shade and people watch or have lunch at another resort.

Sometimes I'll start late and stay late, like at Illuminations, or start early and leave early and go back to my resort to rest and go out to have dinner or PI or DTD.
