I know there are refrigerators in the rooms at Coronado but are there microwaves?

Not in rooms but the food court will have a "public" one that you can use! I've also heard that you can request them on a first come, first served basis at the front desk during check in but I wouldn't count on getting one that way just to be on the safe side.

None of the Value or Mod rooms have microwaves in them.

Only DVC has microwaves in the rooms. You can request one as PP said, but may or may not get one.
