Microwave for Rent?

Planning my family's first WDW trip. And since I'm a nibbler & always have leftovers, a small frig & microwave would come in handy. I've read that all the moderate & deluxe resorts have frigs. But was wondering if a microwave can be rented at AKL or any of the other deluxe resorts?

I know some of the deluxes have a limited number available through housekeeping. They're on a first come, first served basis. I'm sorry, I don't know if that includes the AKL.

There is a microwave oven that you can use at Mara at AKL. Or any of the other counter service areas may have a microwave that you can use.

cannt cook in your rooms....use the ones in the food court..the woork great..the toaster ovens are really fast

While I can't speak for AKL, at our request, mousekeeping did bring to our room a microwave to use at the GF - no charge.
