Microwave @ CSR?

I changed my reservation to CSR! I stayed here when it first opened the same week Animal Kingdom opened. It's a wonderful resort. However, I know the rooms do not include microwaves so, can anyone tell me if it's possible to request a microwave? If so is there a fee and for how much per day? I have a little one and need to warm up baby food.

I don't think you can get one in the room. How about trying a bottle warmer, or even setting the jar in hot water for a bit?

But, I think there might be one in the food court that you can use...try to ask for a room close.

I don't recall seeing a microwave in the food court. (Maybe I'm blind or it just wasn't obvious) Your best bet is to bring a bottle warmer of some sort. The rooms at CSR are not equipped to have a Microwave as the electrical outlet is too far away from the side table.

I'm sure you could ask at the Pepper Market or La Tienda to be pointed in the right direction. The only thing is if the Microwave is in the Pepper Market you will have to get a pass to go in and out to warm up food (unless you plan on eating there) which is a annoying if you aren't near El Centro. Much easier to keep a warmer or use warm water in the room.

Hi, thank you for responding. Bottle warmer is a great idea! My only problem is my little one loves to have oatmeal in the morning and I'm sure they sell it at the food court but, probably not the way I make it (no lumps and no cow's milk). Hopefully, little one will be eating eggs by then. I do remember there being a microwave at the CBR last August. This is where I'd pop my popcorn and put in Disney popcorn bucket and take with me to park to eat during parade's. Saved us a little bit of cash for something else. Maybe, there is a microwave at food court.

I'd appreciate any more suggestions!

CSR has coffee makers; perhaps you could use that to make hot water for the oatmeal?

On a side note: you will be amazed at how much CSR has matured since it first opened. We stayed their too the first year and have loved observing the changes each time we go back. The landscaping and grounds are out of this world and the best of any Disney resort we've seen.

Oh, just remembered. I am quite certain there is a microwave in the little store adjacent to the Pepper Market.
