I swear I have done this before but now I can't figure out how to do it, :badpc: :confused3 I hope someone out there can help me. I want to change the color and font of the same word repeatedly in a document. For example, in this document I might want to change the word "I" to a different color and font, without manually searching through the document and changing it each time.

If anyone knows how to do this I would greatly appreciate any and all help. Thank you in advance.

Hi Becky - hit ctrl and F
Then select the replace tab
type in the letter you wish to change - I
Then type it in the replace box - I
then hit the more button and select format and change the font/style etc

Hope it works
