Microsoft Word 2000 help

I am having a very bad case of mental block lately regarding Microsoft Word. I have a five page document and I want a header on pages two through five, but not on page one. The built in help system is pretty much useless. Does anyone know how to do this?

Go to File/Page Setup and choose "Different First Page"

Go to page 2, then

Click View > Header and Footer

Click on Page Setup from the Header/Footer toolbar - it's the one that looks like an open book

Under the layout tab: click on different first page check box.

Select Apply to: this point forward
