I have planned all the big stuff, I think, and now I want to make sure that plans are actually doable. I am so excited, I can barely sit still. Please read my itinerary for our check-in day, Oct. 4th. Just my DH and myself this day.

Will this work? Comments?

Tuesday:
2:30 check into POP
lunch at POP, swim, explore resort
5:00pm bus to mk, or epcot and then monorail to Poly
6:00pm try to make the torch lighting ceremony
explore the resort, maybe get a drink
7:00pm reservations at Kona Café
8:30? Catch wishes from beach
9:00pm watch electrical parade
9:15 take bus to dtd
9:45-12:30 PI

This looks like a fun first day. I plan in detail, too, but always seem to find that things take longer that I expect them to. My comments: I would be surprised if there is a Wishes show on a Tuesday in Oct. Also, I always find that the bus to DTD in the evenings takes FOREVER, FYI. Good luck, have fun, and remain flexible.

Seems doable but very hecktic for the first day. You may get to swim for 7 minutes

Oh, I didn't think that there wouldn't be a wishes.... hmmmm.... maybe I will have to revise my plan.

We could get an earlier PS and then get to DTD and PI faster...

or we could get a later PS at Kona and then have more time to get settled and get to the Poly?

thoughts?
