We are going in Nov and looking on the member site no discounts for 11/14, of course the day we want to go! Anyone know why? Anything special about this day? We could also go on 11/11 I guess......I also notice the advance discount is not available either. Inquiring minds want to know!

Discounts aren't offered on the nights Disney expects to sell out anyway. As Michael posted, it's probably because it's a Friday - which are popular nights for the locals to attend.

How is WDW at christmas? is this Christmas party a party not to be missed? also, last year on tv I saw a christmas parade with alot of "disney family" people was that in Florida or California?

Not sure I follow the entrie question but the Mickey Christmas party is nice because they only sell so many tickets and rides lines are really small. They have smaller little dance type parties with the characters. My daughter loves it, she gets to dance with lots of characters. We did the pirate/princess party too and the kids loved that as well.
