Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party

Can anyone tell me if this would be enjoyable for 2 adults? If not any other park after hour activitiy suggestions.

Thx

For several years I went to get into some early Christmas spirit. While I have to say that the parade is great as are the fireworks, each year Disney cuts out something from the previous year to reduce cost. First they started cutting out the fast passes for the rides so that the lines, even in December, were very long for the popular attractions. Then they cut out the buttons and then the photos which were a family favorite. I would save the money on the ticket and just go to the MK on one of the nights that it has late hours. You'll miss the hot cocoa and cookies, but you can get a lot of that for the money.

The problem is that they are going in the middle of December when the Christmas parade, Christmas Wishes and Christmas stage shows are not being presented except for during MVMCP (at least that is the impression I was always under). I don't think they start presenting these during regular park hours until right before Christmas and during Christmas week. So during their trip, the only way they are going to see these is to buy a ticket for MVMCP. My DH, DD and myself went to the party last year and while we had a great time, I said I didn't think I would do it again if I ever went back at Christmas. Well this year, my DS, his girlfriend and I are going for a quick 4 day visit and we talked about whether or not to go to the party. I told him that you have to do the party because you don't know if you will ever go back at Christmas and you will regret not doing it and not seeing the parade, etc. So we ordered our tickets, they came last week and we are very excited about going!!
