Hello all. We are going to WDW the first or second week in December. It will be our first time there during the holidays. we were going to buy tickets to the Very Merry Christams Party at the MK. Does it get very crowded for this event? Is it worth spending the $48 to go? Is there one day that's better than others? Any advice would be very appreciated.

You should be just fine at the beginning of December - MVMCP is an absolute do not miss if you're going to be there during Christmas!! You'll love it and even if it is crowded it will be worth the cost of admission.

It is SO worth it. We went for the first time 2 years ago and had a great time. I was visiting my parents for the holidays and we went over to MK to celebrate my b-day. (where else?) Dad saw the sign for the party and bought tickets as a surprise. We stayed at the park the whole day, went over to Narcossee's for dinner and came back for the party. Dad is 75, and he seemed to love it more than anyone. He usually has trouble with a long day, but not that night! There was NO question that we were going back again. Last year we went again, but did EPCOT for half a day and then went for the party. I think we're taking my niece this year, she's never been.

we went last year 2 times (sunday and tuesday) and we noticed that the crowds were lighter on tuesday. watch the parade from main street. you will love the snow. if you can goto the second parade smaller crowds.
