Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party - Lets Talk Characters!

Excellent!

Here's my attack plan:

Santa
Mickey (if in holiday attire)
Minnie (if in holiday attire)
Donald (if in holiday attire)
Goofy (if in holiday attire)
The Seven Dwarfs
Scrooge McDuck

Are these dooable in one party session? I think after I heard the Santa tip that these should be no problem.

Can you tell me where to find the official schedule? My son LOVES Jack Skellington and was so bummed we were going for Christmas. He was really upset that Jack was only there for Halloween and he wouldn't get to meet him. He would absolutely make his entire trip if he gets to meet him.

He's listed at storybook circus. You have to go to MDE, my itinerary, go to a date the party is held, make sure you have something from Magic Kingdom in your itinerary, then click "view schedule" which is a link near the top right with a little clock icon next to Magic Kingdom. You can scroll down to the Christmas Party timeframe and everything is listed there. I made myself a spreadsheet with just party items listed from that official list to make it easier to read.

We met The Seven Dwarfs last year, got in line about 8:15 and it was after 9:30 before we were done meeting them. It was a really long line and just got longer. I think I would get to them as early as possible since it is rare they are together. BUT it was really fun. We'll be back this year. Enjoy it!

They definitely were, and to me it was well worth the wait, I would just recommended going there early as a CM working there told me that the line started off not too bad but continued to grow and would continue to do so most of the night. The CM told me that is rare that all 7 are together and so it is a really high demand meet and greet. I would do it before Mickey or Minnie as those lines weren't near as long for us.

Well tell me if this sounds good to you...

Get in the gates at 4 and go to see Santa right away since apparently they said the line isn't as bad as it is at later in the party.

I'll then use my three fast passes, then at maybe 6:30/6:00 get in line for the dwarfs.

From there I'll see the first parade, and then pick off the rest of the characters. If it's like how it was during the Halloween Party the lines for the charactesr outside of the Dwarfs / Jack will be 10/15 minutes tops.

I think that is a great plan. I think you are correct on the Dwarfs and Jack having the longest lines. Also, we saw Santa before the party and the line was not very long at all. He was set up just to the left of the City Hall.

Is Santa out early on Nov 13 party?

Plan to be in line for the Dwarfs between 5:30 and 6, there will already be people in line ahead of you at that point. Waiting until 6:30 will likely mean you won't be done until around 8. Also, plan for the other characters to take longer than 10 minutes in line.

I snagged dinner reservations for BOG the night of our party at 6:15. After reading this thread, I wonder if we will miss too much of the party and should drop them. We will do Santa before dinner and seeing the 7 Dwarfs is not too important, but we do want to meet some characters. For example, my sone loves Jack. Thoughts?

BOG typically runs behind, so you likely won't be seated until after your ADR time. Plus dinner there takes 60-90 minutes, so you wouldn't finish until well into the party. If it were me, I'd skip it.

I'm just going based on my times on a sold out halloween party in October and so far it looks like Nobemver doesnt seem to be too crowded I'm going on the 21st.

I think my character list is dooable does anyone know the latest you can stand on line for the dwarfs or Anna and Elsa

I looked at our schedule for our party dates....It seems as though a lot of the characters are only available until 11pm, most being 10:30pm. Is that correct that they are only there for a certain period of time vs. being available for the whole party?

Just becareful with Jack and Sally as they might be place holders until the update the Christmas page. I would love to be wrong but it seems like santa has their usually area and putting them by storybook circus without proper que over there will be insane

Some characters do leave early. I know the Hundred Acre Wood Gangs final set is usually 10pm. Last year, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Daisy had finished by 11pm.
