We saw three princes at MVMCP. Snow White's prince was with her in Fantasyland, Prince Charming was with Cinderella the first time we went through the princess line in Toontown, Prince Phillip was with Aurora the second time we went through the princess line in Toontown Fair. Those are characters I don't see often.

We didn't see as many characters the whole trip as we normally do during regular hours or at the party... of course it could just be timing.

We did see Stitch near his ride with a festive scarf and hat on. We also saw the Incredibles in the same spot both at the party. That's about it for us at the party.

How about Belle's christmas story reading? Is that happening again this year?

Thanks!
Melissa

I did not see Belle's Christmas Story Reading on the MVMCP Guide.

This is a question for those folks who have entered MK with MVMCP tix at 4. What did you do from 4-6? Did you ride rides? How were the lines? How crowded was it? We are attending our first ever MVMCP on Dec. 20 (I know last party will probably be crowded) on our arrival day for our first ever Christmas trip and I want to get the most out of the party as it will be our only time in the MK.

Thanks in advance.

We've got tix for the Dec. 8 party, and I just checked the 10-day forecast for Orlando. We'll be there Wed thru Sun, and the forecast is rain every day.

What if it rains for the party? Have they ever canceled because of rain? Obviously, a little rain won't stop us, but I'm sure they probably can't make it "snow" if it's raining. If it's a horrible downpour and they cancel the party, will we get a refund?

Especially as this is your only MK trip, I'd focus on those things that aren't possible to see during the party. A few of the "minor" attractions such as Tom Sawyer Island and Carousel of Progress will be walk-on no matter what. The one major attaction that isn't open during the Party is Jungle Curise. There is also a lot of live entertainment that won't be available during the Party - Cinderellabration being the big one.

Can anyone tell me when the park will close before the party? This will be our first party on the 13th can someone tell me a few things:
Cosmics Rays will be open but will it be serving food during the party?
Hot chocolate and cookies, Will they be at certain places like the pictures?
Two years ago a CM showed me a christmas shirt before the party are they going to have special Party shirts for sale this year?
Will smallworld, time keeper, and COP be open?

Thanks for the help. 7 more days !!!!

My family and I will be there on the last day, of the party....can't wait.....BTW how do they get rid of the guests that don't pay? Is there someone walking around asking guests to leave?

Bump up on this query.

Newbie, few more questions:

1) If you're already in the park before 4:00; do you have to get a wristband somewhere?

2) I though you "had" to go to Tomorrowland @ 6:00 p.m. Can you go to Frontier land as another poster mentioned?

I am wondering the same thing.

We are going to the Dec 18th MVMCP. My sister and BIL's friends would like to join us, we bought our tix online awhile ago. If anyone has 2 tix they are not going to use, and would like to sell, please PM me. Thanks.

We went on Friday, my sister and a friend were in the park before 4pm, and had to go out to the turnstiles to get their wrist band and then go back in (which was different then for the Halloween party), where they had several places within the park. They left to meet us for dinner at the Contemporary, so I'm not sure what they did at 6pm.

It's amazing how they herd the non party people out of the park, they really have there eyes out for the wristbands, I believe that is why they move the folks in the park to one "land" so they can then sweep the areas.

Another little hint - the picture locations did not appear to be on the map this year, as we looked for it right away - there was one in Tomorrowland across from Stitch, not sure about any other location we didn't make it to Adventureland were one has been in the past. There was a line at City Hall when you walked in to get photos with Santa.

It was a wonderful evening!

Does anyone know where the other photo locations are this year? Too bad they are cutting back on the number of venues for this little perk!

Friends who have never been to MK are coming with us to MVMCP next Sunday. I had asked her to read a guidebook and make a list of the attractions she would be interested in. Well, I'm afraid she will be in for disappointments, yesterday she told me her list which included:

Timekeeper
C of P
Hall of Presidents
The Railroad ride around MK

Oh my, have any of these been opened during recent parties? Is the RR opened at all? I'm hoping that we can do the RR as soon as we get there, I don't believe it was opened at the MNSSHP we were at this year.

Thanks,
Bobbi

Grrrr! We went to MVMCP on Nov 29, and when we saw no picture locations on the map, we assumed they weren't taking them this year!

It seem like none will be open during the party. But it would be easy enough to do CoP, HoP and RR between 4:00 and 6:00. Alas, no Timekeeper :<

Oh, and to the other question, yes, there was a photo spot in Adventureland (in the shops between Dole Whips and Aladdin's Bazaar.

If they take pictures in the Hall of Presidents is that attraction really open in the day and then they set up the cameras afterwards? I wasn't sure that the Hall of Presidents would be opened in MK in December.

Thanks for the information regarding the others.

HOP has never been open during the parties. They did not take photos there this year, unfortunately.

Only in Adventureland and Tomorrowland.
