I think we will have to go 2 nights. One to watch all the shows. the other to ride the rides while the others are watching all the shows. We can't wait to see wishes again.

We are thinking about going to two MVMCP's (14th and the 16th)! My question is: What time does the snow on Main St. begin? We are eating at LTT before MNSSHP, so we would rather eat someplace else for MVMCP! I am wondering what would be the best time to arrive at MK if we eat at Chef Mickeys? Any suggestions? TIA!

First let me say LUCKY YOU!!! I would LOVE to do MNSSHP and MVMCP both every single year!!!!

Anyway, I would probably eat at CP then...for some reason I like them at xmas time. The decorations and the location is good in MK.

I've also eaten at Chef mickey's before the MVMCP. I'd get an EARLY PS and head to the party as early as you can...

Regarding the snow, it's hard to say. One year we arrived after 7:00p but before the parade and the snow was definitely falling and it was beautiful!

Well, last year the snow only fell during the parades. I and others were pretty bummed.

Hope this helps!

I can't wait until we get our trip paid off. Soon very soon, then we will have to get another set of tickets for a different day. DW does not know this yet, but it's coming. :)::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

I agree with you. We might have to book another night for the 9th. Kind of the last night before we leave type of thing...

It seemed the sensible thing to do - we both enjoy Disney (30 no kids) and and decided that this year would be a blow out holiday before we see if the little critters want to turn up ;)

Either way I'm notorious for taking loads of pictures and video at the Parks so 2 nights should be perfect - one to do the photos etc and one to chill in the ambience of the park.

Getting excited - only 19 weekends to go :bounce:

We'll be attending the December 2nd MVMCP! My wife and I have been 4 times in the past but this time we'll be taking our two year old :bounce: (he'll be three in late December)! We can't wait. We made our first trip home (we're DVC members) in June for three nights and DS talks about his two days at Walt Disney World every day! We can't wait for him to see the snow and all the Christmas activities. Seeing Disney through the eyes of a child really brings the magic home!

We just made priority seating arrangments for LTT prior to the party and then we'll be in the Magic Kingdom when the show begins! This is such a magical time of the year!

It depends. December is very unpredicable.

I've got to a party with coats and a blanket for my DD and then I went once and it was hot and humid. Last year it was a little cool but got really chilly for the second parade.

We will be at WDW Dec 9 - Dec 12. I just learned that the Pop Warner Cheerleading and Football competition teams will be there Dec 5 - Dec 11.

Wondering if anyone has been there before, when Pop Warner was going on? Do the crowds become too large?

Will we notice the groups there?

Thanks in advance.

From our understanding it might be a little overwhelming side if you are staying at the value resorts during that time. The parks should not be affected that much. If you can try to stay at a delux or moderate resort.

overwhelming in what sense?

noise?
crowd? (obviously)
shuttle transportration to and from the parks?

what age group are they going to be? (teenagers etc?)

If the party does not start till 7 is everything closed till that time and you are just waiting or do they tend to open early. We have PS at LTT at 530 so if we get done before 7 we will be just waiting has anyone been before and have suggestions about the best time to get there for the party.

We are going on December 9 and I tried booking a PS at LTT but she said I couldn't--now I read the posts and everyone else has:( I explained the entire special Holiday meal at LTT and she said that no she couldn't book us for it and I would have to do the "90 day" thing!! I even read the letter/receipt that came with our MVMCP passes and she still said to phone back Sept 9 because that is 90 days:mad: I am definately phoning first thing in the a.m.--I thought I was so organized, I hope our family of 6 can still get PS!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we're not too late--if we are too late for LTT where else can we book within the park?

Crystal Palace, the Castle and Tonys take PS up till 6:00p on party nights!

You just have to keep calling till you get someone who knows. I allready had PS and wanted to change the time and the first CM told me the LTT was sold out. I called back 10 min later got someone else and they changed my PS time. They did only have 2 PS left they said but the first CM just did not want to take the time to change my PS. This really sucks this is not the first time I have gotten different information. It just proves as others have posted you have to be persistent. If I had not been on this site I had no idea you could go ahead and book LTT. So I love this site.

I know that MVMCP officially starts at 7pm, but at what time does it officially ends and until what time the transportation to ASMu will be available during those nights?

Ends at Midnight. Transportation runs for an hour after the party ends.

They close all the park except for one land (usually Fantasyland or Tomorowland.) Everyone with wristbands is sent to that area, which is still open, so you can ride the rides in that land until 7:00.
