Is Mickey's PhilharMagic open yet or does anyone know when it will open?

I believe I read it will open in late summer or early fall. I know it is supposed to be open for our Oct. trip.

Initially, it was supposed to open late summer/early fall. However, the last report I heard was more like November of this year.
