Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

Does anyone know at about what time these ticket come out?

I'm heading to WDW in late October and was at the party in 2004 and had a ball! Now DH and I want to go back!

Any help would be most appreciated.

I think the tickets come up for sale in April.

Last year the dates were announced at the end of April and tickets went on sale May 1st.
