Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, Anyone Going?

Hey everyone,
I'm so excited I can't contain it. We're going the weekend before Halloween. We went last year for the first time and loved it! This time we're bringing my folks along. They should totally get a kick out of my DD all dressed in her Cinderella outfit. She even has glass slippers I bought them in Dillard's, and I can't get them off her She said she's practicing when she meets Cinderella, she's going to bow to her and say, "Your Majesty". I have to get a few more extra spare batteries for the camera, I don't want to miss that. I even booked Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner the night we go. Since I booked way in advance I got a 6:30 time slot. SO excited. I'm undecided, what do you think I should do. Should I wait until after dinner to dress my DD or before? I've never been there beforehand. Last year we just showed up at 7:30 with costume on. Wait until we get home and I start scrapbooking, my husband is going to freak out Last year they had a Halloween album, I wanted to get it but the look on his face said it all. I posted a link before, I have some pieces I may buy on Ebay but I haven't heard if anyone has bought from this woman or not. I'm skeptical when it comes to Ebay. She has some Not So Scary Halloween pieces that would really work with what I have in my mind. Anyway, can't wait to hear from you all!

we went for the first time last year and had a blast!! I bought the halloween scrapbook and i love it (dont forget to get the paper pack too)
I am going again this year but not with my family. I am going with work and we are taking 11 adults with mental retardation - we are going to have so much fun!!!
last year we got to the park early DS5 went on some rides and then i dressed him in his pirate outfit. we had so much fun!!!!

we are going to MHT in DLR Oct 12 for the first time......we were there last weekend and bought the Halloween paper pack its really cute and have been stocking up on Disney halloween embellishments.......we are going to the park earlier in the day, but they have everyone leave DCA and reopen it for MHT so will have time to go out and change, DH and I are even dressing up! DD will be Elizabeth (wedding dress) from POTC and we are being generic pirates, taking full advantage of the fun!

That sounds so great Your going to have so much fun. I've been looking around online and it seems that they really do it up over in California. They really do a great job over here too I am there right now I asked my DH if we can take a day trip next weeked, I have my fingers crossed I'll have to look for those paper packs. I'm so excited to scrap Halloween! Does Disneyland have a scrapbook store like Downtown Disney over here? They really don't have much, you would think they would stock up on this stuff. They should contact that lady on Ebay, she has pieces for each park. They should take some tips from her

I guess this year they are doing much more so we are excited to see it all. As far as SS, they don't have one. Just a small amount at WOD store in DD and a few things in the main st store in MK. I did get the 2007 album when we went in Feb and look everytime we go, but usually get most of my stuff at LSS and on-line.

Have a great time, we were at WDW in Oct 02 and didn't know about MNSSHP and weren't sure what was going on with the wrist bands etc., this was before my DIS days and we missed out on the fun.

We will be there on Halloween Night! 12 of us. We are getting so excited. The 3 little ones will be Tink, Belle and Ariel and we are eating at CM beforehand.

Oct 16th for us, eating at LTT for the first time that night too. Just scrapping my pics from last year tonight whilst listening to the music from Hallowishes, Boo to You and the Mix & Mingle. Worrying I'm also eating some of the candy I got at last year's party, surely candy doesn't go off?!?!

My DH & two youngest DS's 11& 7 will be there on Halloween night. my 7 yr old wants to be a stormtrooper & the 11 yr old wants to be scream. We are flying in on Halloween morning & had to explain to my 7 yr old that he can't wear his costume on the plane. I am thinking about dressing up as a pirate, the kids want me to dress up.
