Mickey's Ice Cream Social at Epcot?

My friend was talking about a Ice Cream Social with Mickey Mouse at one of the countries in Epcot. Has anyone ever done this or know anything about it?

If I remember correctly they used to have this at the Garden Grill in The Land at Epcot but I don't think they have it anymore.

Used to be a great character "meal" at the Garden Grill but it was discontinued a few years ago. Shame since it was a low cost way to have a character dining experience.
