Mickey's hands in shape of heart????

Does anyone have (or can make) Mickey's hands in the shape of a heart? I googled it and found the graphic I want, but it is tiny. Or could someone tell me if there is a way to make it bigger without it getting all pixelated? I want to put in on a t shirt for my DD who also tells me she loves me by making the same sign. We are surprising the kids and taking them to WDW for their mid winter break and just wanted to make her that shirt. Thank you in advance for any help.
